A stable place to call home can be an important part of the healing process.
Housing That Supports Recovery
SHC partners with local hospital systems to identify individuals and families who need stable housing as they recover from medical challenges.
This program serves households experiencing multiple disabilities, including at least one physical disability. Through Healthcare & Housing, SHC currently supports 20 households, helping create a foundation for recovery and greater stability.
